WMASSE Student Scholarship
In an effort to assist college and university students in obtaining an undergraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health related fields, and promote excellence in completing curriculum requirements, WMASSE has created another student scholarship for the 2005/06 year. The $1000.00 award will be distributed to the winning student who meets all of the eligibility requirements. They include, but are not limited to the following: Meeting attendance, create a PowerPoint Presentation or paper on career goals in the safety profession and a case study on a safety related topic and Prepare a safety video on a safety related topic.
Projects must be submitted by February 1, 2006 to Clara Davis, and winners will be announced on or before March 10, 2006.

Membership News!
Steve Baker has recently joined the staff of Agile Safety as their Lakeshore Territory Manager. He comes to Agile with a background in consumer goods and is a graduate of Davenport. Good luck and congrats on taking this position.
Clara Davis has accepted the position of Education Chairperson for WMASSE and developed information for the annual student scholarship.
Dan Grzegorski and Eric Kreiger are heading up the WMASSE Nominating Committee for Board Positions 2006/2007 term. WMASSE Members are welcome to submit nominations to Dan or Eric. See the December 2005 newsletter for contact info.
